Create / Update device to Site and Location, not just Site

Proposed feature or enhancement

Currently diode only allows for devices to be assigned to the Site level of DCIM. I propose that be expanded to the Location level of DCIM. Since Sites must be unique, Site and Location would need defined in the payload to Diode.

Use case

We currently use Site and Location for devices and already have thousands of devices nested in Locations under Sites. Being able to use diode to update / create devices using Locations along with Sites would add to the granularity of diode that netbox already has in place.
