What is NewDocs Hugo theme?

NewDocs Hugo Theme is a theme template using Hugo to build a Project or Docs focused static website.

Currently NewDocs Hugo Theme is in beta and the 1st stable release will come around at version v0.60.0.

The stable version means you can use this theme safely and upgrade the theme that will not break your current website. And the code structure and namespace for certain features is decided and will not change before v1.0.0. Using currently beta version will not guaranty that. But you can participate in this project by using the theme and request for features you like.

After v0.60.0, the theme development will be focusing on adding New Features and improve Current Features. The v1.0.0 will be rewriting the theme to be a more easy to use and fits for more project to use version.

Besides the NewDocs Hugo Theme, there will be a react version starting after v0.60.0 release focusing on nice and rich UI Components to build web apps. The react project will benefit from the features and components build by this theme. Both the Hugo theme and React project will use the same UI Framework in the future.
