Survey owner name incorrect when using a public link (?)

What went wrong, what did you observe?

When I create a poll and share it via a public link, it is not my name (as the owner of the poll) but "Anon" that is displayed to the user.

What did you expect, how polls should behave instead?

The name of the vote creator should be displayed.

What steps does it need to replay this bug?

1. Create poll
2. Copy public Link from "Share"
