I propose to create a dedicated space or initiative where team members can share positive updates, achievements, or simply express encouragement towards one another. This could be in the form of a weekly roundup or a dedicated channel in our communication platform.

We could continue with our current communication practices, but this may lead to missed opportunities for recognition and support among team members.

Additional context

Establishing a culture of appreciation and positivity will enhance team cohesion and motivation, ultimately contributing to a healthier work environment.
