If there is a disagreement that cannot be resolved for a long time, chairman is responsible for coordination and deciding what action has to be taken and then getting on and sorting it out.
The engineers who are recommended by OTSC members and who are familiar with OpenMessaging related projects can enter OMIAB after voting by OMTSC. The result of voting +1 must exceed three votes, the voting time is 3 days.
Familiar with the project and make continuous contributions to OpenMessaging, contributor is the most important part of the community, but it is not yet an official organization.
