Since this has not been maintained in 4 years, and the company that supported it with two devs is no longer in business, is https://github.com/shawly/docker-keepalived a suitable replacement that is kept up to date?

That at least has multiple architectures and is being updated to the latest releases of keepalived.

Has anyone else find a more supported version that is kept up to date than this?

Interesting question because I couldn't get this one working as I wanted, but all was good with the one you referenced. However, you can't log issues against it, so you have to wonder. I can understand not wanting the onslaught of internet requests.

I ended up going with the shawly version and it has been working fine on several machines, so I'm going to stick with that for now. At least it is being updated to new versions of keepalived.
