[BUG] Ctrl + Shift + M shortcut doesn't work in Windows 10 IOT Enterprise LTSC

Expected behaviour

Bring back the menu bar or for there to be a button to click in the top bar to bring it back.

Actual behaviour

There is no button I could find and the shortcut doesn't remove it (or bring it back) on Windows 10 IOT Enterprise LTSC

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open program (portable or otherwise) Note: Mine is unzipped in my NAS
2. Select show menu bar (to hide it)
3. Congratulations, your menu bar is not coming back
   
4. Open it in portable mode instead where it is back :D

Does the shortcut work for you when the menu-bar is still here?

Is something else on your system (a global shortcut) already taking that shortcut?

I can't test if it works when it's still there on non-portable since I removed it already, but on portable it didn't work either and I removed it there too and can't get it back either.

On Linux (NixOS) it works just fine.

I'm not sure if there is any global shortcuts or not, nothing seems to happen when I press it.

I believe on Windows it didn't work in that case.
