The thing with bluesky is that there's A LOT of things required to get it working, including stuff like DNS resolution which isn't part of OAuth or the OAuth "family." The client also needs do some checks post-token request to make the authentication secure. I can limit it to the OAuth specific parts but I'm not sure how useful it'd be.
I think if just the OAuth parts are enough for a 'Login with bluesky' button it should be added, but if it is not and is just utility functions It should not bloat Arctic with an incomplete implementation. Perhaps some general guidence in Lcia, but again if its just rehashing Bluesky's docs it may not be worth writing too much about it.
