Problem description

https://www.pulumi.com/registry/packages/terraform-provider/ says

terraform-provider is not available for Pulumi YAML. We are working on bringing the underlying technology that terraform-provider uses to Pulumi YAML. Progress is tracked in Parameterized Providers: YAML support #16802.

Meanwhile, https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/issues/16802 has been resolved as fixed and YAML support now works.

We need to update the docs to reflect this.

Describe the pulumi package add command and flow to add Any TF provider to a YAML project.
