Ran build.cmd and it hangs; I waited an hour just to be sure.

Doh! :( Unfortunately this repository is no longer maintained so even if you submitted a PR, I'm not sure who would merge it.

So what you're saying is that all your documentation uses and points new developers at stuff you no longer support and is completely broken.
