Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

Being able to support inventory in multiple locations for the same part would be ideal, as currently a single part number can only be associated with a single location thus requiring different part numbers for multiple locations.

A change is needed to allow multiple part locations for a single part. This will also affect the digital bin support, as you will need to specify which location you want to indicate on.
