Upgrade to xUnit 2.9.1

Hello,

Is there any plan to upgrade the Reqnroll.xUnit nuget to latest version xUnit? It contains some new functions that can be very helpful.
Otherwise is there a way to update it manually on a project?

You can manually install/reference xunit in your project and it should work fine as long as you stick to the same major version.
