Algorithm recommendation?

I am trying to compare two HDD's. The read speed is not faster than 0.2GB/s. The CPU is 3/4th-gen Intel's. What algorithm to use? I guess probably I should use the one that uses the least amount of electricity (since speed won't matter if faster than 0.2GB/s).

I would recommend EDON-R512.
