A starting point is the specification, which I've made available as a PDF (not a fan of .docx) at https://roysmeding.nl/projects/pyxnb/xnb_format.pdf (also attached, in case it gets lost or something: xnb_format.pdf)

But I've already found one issue with it (strings are not stored as value types but as Object? with preceding type ID), and heard about others, so it might be useful to collect what we know on the GitHub wiki.
