What is the expected action of Add Curse (+) button?

Let me see if I get it right.

Learning Pathway

Course 01

Video 01
Video 02

Course 02

Video 01
Video 02

I started to watch Video 01 in Course 01 and then I choose Download All (first icon option).
After that I go to Video 01 in Course 02 and then select Add Course.

What should be the queue? All Course 01 and Course 02?

I tried using it and no matter in what Course I started to download, even if I update the extension every time to flush settings, if I started to download any other Course in the Learning Pathway it is getting all courses already downloaded again and again.
