It seems that changing
k.weight
in RunAzimuth does not influence the results and does not allow to workaround the error in FindWeights function:> so1 <- RunAzimuth(so1, reference="mousecortexref")
so1 <- RunAzimuth(so1, reference="mousecortexref", k.weight = 20)
