Feature request for atlas analyses - port DelayedArray to Seurat

for atlas-size analyses, memory consumption is a limiting factor.

Is there any plan to port DelayedArray to Seurat?

Hi Stefano, we are working on expanding the types of matrices that can be used for expression matrices with Seurat objects, including DelayedArray-derived matrices, as part of Seurat/SeuratObject v5; we will post back here when v5 reaches beta status
