The last few runs of the Github Actions we have are all failing. Incl. the attempt to release 3.1.4:

At least some of the failures are:

/home/runner/work/_temp/1b5544e7-86ec-4b33-9738-909409f537fe.sh: line 1: sbt: command not found
Error: Process completed with exit code 127.

and I notice this warning which might be relevant:

ubuntu-latest pipelines will use ubuntu-24.04 soon. For more details, see actions/runner-images#10636

For the release flow:

If that proves to work, let's apply the same fix to the other actions, incl. the main CI.

Digging from the announcement: actions/runner-images#10636 I ended up finding actions/setup-java#712 (comment) applying that on the sbt plugin CI seem to work: scapegoat-scala/sbt-scapegoat#208
