i downloaded the zip file & put it on my C:drive & then i installed ffmpeg, and i installed 64bit python as well but i am still having trouble, is anyone able to help? i also tried to open this in VS code and i made the most success but nothing is happening after i hit run in browser (no debugging)

It's a command line package. For windows it's probably easiest to install pipx. Each of the lines in that document in the grey boxes are individual lines to execute in your shell. So you first need to get the pipx command working, then run pipx install scdl. That will then let you run scdl as a command.
