  1. Allow hours:minutes for RA labels
  2. Allow adding labels to axes (RA, dec) and to colorbar

A better way of drawing the grid in enplot would be better in general. It is usually the slowest step in the process, and it is fragile. It's not easy because there are so many weird coordinate systems out there.
