In circular sequences, the last and the first gene in the sequences are neighbors and should be treated as so when searching gene clusters.
Current Behavior
From what I gathered from the parameters and code, Spacedust doesn't offer an option to treat sequences as circular sequences. Having this option would be very useful, as circular sequences are very common in sequencing data.
