Trying to stop the running instance gives an error
$ --rpc-eval : RPC failed with reason :nodedown
Looking around I found an unresolved related issue on elixirforum ( https://elixirforum.com/t/why-does-my-release-not-announce-itself-to-epmd/24091/6)

Does manual deploy work ok? I'm fine with manual deploy. Ie I update production following a process defined in readme.

I am trying this out in Ubuntu right now for the SbomPoc Project . Will let you know if it works well on Ubuntu
is this fixed?
Not yet, cant find a solution at the moment. Manual deploy works fine, if we need to automate we can move to distillery to manage our deployment
