Are combined types (sections) possible?

In PyInstaller we have different "areas", a bugfix, enhancement, etc. can occur: the main app, "hooks", or the "bootloader". Also some changes may only apply to certain operating-systems. Does towncrier allow to combine framgent-types?

Example result:

Bootloader

• The bootloader is now …
• (Windows) Short Paths now work even f written right-to-left.

Hooks

• Added hooks for summer, winter, snow.
• (OS X) Fixed hook autumn

Answering myself: There is some "section" feature yet to-be documented, see #61. Reading the code and the https://github.com/twisted/twisted/tree/trunk/src/twisted/conch/newsfragments source it looks like each "section" (sub-directory, to be listed in the .toml-file) will have it's own newfragments directory.
