Describe the bug

Using Debian bookworm x64. Webgl options doesn't work. Webgl is always disabled even if you change the relevant option to enable.

Steps to reproduce the bug

It can be tested also here.

Expected behavior

When the Webgl options is set to enable, Webgl should be enabled.

for webgl to work, the flag must be activated in chrome://flags

#ignore-gpu-blocklist
Override software rendering list 

can you confirm this?

I can confirm - enabling #ignore-gpu-blocklist enables Webgl.
