Description: Page not loading correctly
Steps to Reproduce:
YouTube can just stop trying to get any data, saying there's no internet connection. Sometimes it doesn't even try to load the home page, staying on the new tab page.

This issue happens in Troubleshooting Mode as well (all extensions disabled), though I wasn't able to send the report in Troubleshooting Mode.
