org-noter errors with "resource key too long"

As the title says.

the exact error from the minibuffer:

"x-handle-named-frame-geometry: resource key too long."

guess my book's name is too long and i named the notes file the same as book's title? but now i can't figure out how to change the notes file name?

Well you could change the notes file name by renaming it like you would rename any other file.
The actual issue at play here is that the headline you are using to enable/use with org-noter (i.e. the one with :NOTER_DOCUMENT: in its :PROPERTIES:) is to long. Try shortening this headline name and it should work, at least it did for me.

Ideally org-noter should be able to handle headlines of length.
