Describe the bug
When updating the customer details, the Add a different shipping address switch control loses its state after typing on an input field.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Tap on orders
2. Tap on create a new order
3. Tap on add customer details
4. Select a customer with a different shipping and billing address
5. Turn off the Add a different shipping address switch control
6. Star typing on any input field
7. Check that the Add a different shipping address switch control is auto-enabled

Expected behavior
The Add a different shipping address switch maintains its state when typing on an input control

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active,
  or Storefront.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
