Describe the bug
When only one card is selected in the Analytic Hub, navigating to the previous screen always triggers the discard changes modal, even if there are no changes to the current configuration.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Update the Analytics Hub cards configuration to have only one card selected
  2. Navigate to the Analytics Hub
  3. Navigate to the Analytics Hub configuration
  4. Navigate back
  5. Check that the discard changes modal is displayed even if there are no changes to the current configuration.
