Inconsistent output while running ALPR programme on Orin.

Running ALPR programme on Orin noticed the following observation.
1)When run with 5 FPS detected inspection as false for all the 6 cars.
2)when run with different FPS like 5,10,15,20,25,30 first two cars are being detected as false.
3)Last car inspection is detected as false when run with different FPS like 5,10,15,20,25 except 30 FPS inspection is being detected as true.
