Bind "Google ZXing"

We are adding .net6.0-android support for Xamarin.Facebook for Android components but Facebook depends on this package which does not have .net6.0-android support. It would be great if you could add this one.

Does it have to be AndroidX repo?

I was planning to have a release ready by the end of the month, or the first week of next month.

Not really, feel free to add it wherever it makes sense, Jon D told me to create the issue here.
