How to interpret the factor loadings plot #85

How do I interpret this graph? Does graph says the model pass the diagnostics? I am sorry, but I couldn't find much information regarding the interpretation?

It is mentioned in the paper to look for overlap. So, does it this mean that significant correlation mean that model is not correct and should look into other model?
