Update Opencore to 0.8.1 - update kexts and patches - many chages to config.plist
Only boot Bigsur for me.

Unfortunately no way to boot Monterey on msi B550 motherboards with a ryzen 5xxx cpu

Atm we need to wait a fix for that problem that depends on bios side, so let's wait and hope someone solve that.
