pyTKQ-Evolution

pyTKQEvolution is a python package to process, transform and analyze physics from Rochester catalog of numerical simulations.

Clone the project

  git clone https://github.com/Emmatassone/pyTKQEvolution

To calculate physics, run the following command

  python3 run.py

with the corresponding simulations files on Metadata and Strain_data folders.

For data analysis, then run

 python3 MakeList.py

and for fast visualization of variable, use the command

  python3 MakePlots.py
