Rationale For This PR
This PR is an incremental update for the main csproj, following on from #96. It aims to remove a number of metadata elements, rearrange them (to increase human readability), and ensure that a number of missing elements are brought over.
Inspiration for the metadata elements and csproj layout came from ScottPlot.
