我其实很早就意识到自己的学习效率很低,有时候甚至觉得可能自己学习一个月都不如正常人学一个星期。一个原因是自己有一种强迫症,比如看书就非要从第一页开始,如果漏了一点信息就会有一种不完整的感觉。这就导致了我在无关的信息上花了太多的时间。一本书可能有的地方重要,有些地方不那么重要,特别是对于那些很厚的书,更是如此,而自己对不同的部分却花了同样的时间。另一个原因可能就是之前提到的,未作记录总结,只是在进行学习的这个过程,却没有怎么在意学习的结果。这就导致了虽然看过了一些技术类书籍,如果又没有进行一定量的练习,可能到后面前面看的又忘记了。尽管知道费曼学习法,但是却从未像那样做过。可能自己之前就是一个得过且过的态度。 | ||

我的强迫症到底是从何而来,不太清楚,可能来自于一种学习策略。就是当你遇到一个问题的时候,是选择把所有相关的东西都弄懂呢?还是只学习自己需要的那部分,也就是所谓的用到在学。以前我可能是偏向于前者,比如说用到一个工具,我就会把整个文档全看一边,一个方面可以了解它有哪些我不知道的功能,或许对我有用。另一个方面是自己遇到一个新的问题时,能马上意识到去哪找到答案。前面说的是这个策略的优点。但是这个策略也有明显的缺点,那就是完整的读完整个文档肯定花费了更多的时间,特别是在自己阅读速度不快的情况下。而且有的东西也并不需要知道,因为有可能一辈子都用不到。 | ||

上面说的学以致用,表示为了实际应用学习。可以引申到另一个话题,就是不要等到所有东西都做好准备了才开始。就比如不是等自己口语说的很熟练了才去跟别人交谈,不是等自己成为技术大牛才去分享知识。接触的人和事越多,越来越同意世界是个草台班子这个观点。有的时候不是有能力才坐在那个位子上,而是坐上那个位子就会习得相应的能力。当我明白了这个道理,感觉自己对大多数事物都祛魅了,闻道有先后,术业有专攻而已。同时,自己对很多事情也变得更加宽容。当一个公司做出一个不太成熟的产品,我也能够接受。毕竟所有伟大的产品,技术和公司都是一点点发展而来。当他们还在萌芽的阶段,肯定不像今天这样光鲜亮丽。其实我最近几年才听说比亚迪,不曾想过它1995就成立了。三十年的时间,厚积而勃发。 | ||
