Changes

Size is now taken from the source data and should be more reliable
Small tokens are now 80% of the size of a normal token
Changed to use local images, this increases the package size but decreases over all network usage
Main Pokemon image are now using transparency
Changed token to not use the Pokeball circle as it added a lot of clutter
Added evolve text into the Pokemon description
