Hi! Would it be possible for the PR to be manually merged? The package name is indeed similar to one already existing, yet our package is already used and known as MPSDynamics.jl in the field of open quantum systems: See this software paper and this list of publications using the package for instance.
And given that MPS refers to Matrix Product States I don't think that there would be any ambiguity with MNP.
