Lambda Rebuild Preview

Lambda Rebuild is an enhanced version of Lambda for StepMania 5.3 "OutFox". I went through and modernized just about all the code for better performance, integrated the new timing window and judgment font features from it, and revised parts of its look and feel (in particular, I made the background a bit flatter and in line with the OutFox branding elements, made the typography more consistent, and redesigned the evaluation screen to account for the new timing system).

Besides that, this was just me being bored over February long weekend.
