Changelog-

This release has the start of a 'Retrieve registration code' script and option, to (eventually) easily automate the retrieval of your registration code for google play.
(the goal is to have it run the command in waydroid's shell, write it to a file, and read and display the string in a gtk4 window to be easily copy-pasted, with an accompanying link to the registration page.)

I went through and did some general cleanup, renamed and reordered button labels correctly.
