Alpha version of windows installer

This is a pre-release for testing.

First version of self sufficient installer for windows.

Test it out and give us some feedback in the issues

Version 0.1 is the initial pre release.
Version 0.1b fixes some minor bugs:

• Open Full 3D crashes
• Error on when writing user preferences on exit if installed in c:\program files
• Desktop shortcut was missing the icon
• Tool Layer Height accepted an unnecessary high error margin in float accuracy.

Version 0.1c fixes a reading error on photon files made with ChiTuBox.
