As a personal trainer and self-help guru, I emphasize that defining concrete goals is necessary for success. Setting achievable goals gives us the motivation to strive for our goals, and it also helps us stay focused and on track. Having clear goals also allows us to measure our progress and make necessary adjustments, so that we can stay on course to reach our desired outcomes.
