artifacthub-repo.yml: new repositoryID

In order to rename the artifacthub repository to "gadgets" instead of "inspektor-gadgets", I needed to delete and re-create the repository, hence getting a new repositoryID. Fixes: 4d6bc4b ("Artifact Hub: publish gadgets") Signed-off-by: Alban Crequy <albancrequy@linux.microsoft.com>
