Fixed ENTROPY_CODING_METHOD_PARTITIONED_RICE2_ESCAPE_PARAMETER constant (calculation: 2^_RICE2_PARAMETER_LEN-1)
Also made a minor change to handling of special channel coding in readFrame() to match flac-1.2.1 stream_decoder.c
