Wavelet operator benchmark results

Actions agreed:

Roland: Rerun wlo benchmarks with 10 reps.
Roland: Take over the yaml config file.
Davis investigate Jenkins test matrix.
Ilketra: Continuing benchmarks on Algorithm 3.
Intensive BICO week 16th of April to be discussed.
