Description:

As a member of the public, I want to filter my rec site and trail search result so that I can easily see what options are available to me and narrow my search to what I am looking for.

This ticket is to implement district filter on search page.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • User can filter by district
  • Data model is determined for district
  • Matches designs
  • OR filter is displayed and api handles that
