This pull request assumes that the libsfdo package and the icons USE flag from @BGazotti gets merged.
Added icons, man, static-analyzer and test USE flags since these are all features that you can enable/disable in the meson build. Added use flag descriptions for icons and static-analyzer.
This makes app-text-scdoc an optional build dependency. Added libsfdo dependency for the new ssd icons feature and bumped wlroots dependency to 0.18.1 for labwc-0.8.2.
Package compiles without errors regardless of USE flag combination.
I've noticed that the new icons won't be displayed if svg is disabled so you could make that a REQUIRED_USE. I added a notice in the use flag descriptions.
Enabling test doesn't enable test in the meson options, but that shouldn't be a problem with the ebuild.
