This PR aims at adding cw-orchestrator inside the XION documentation.
We believe this tools is marvelous to work with smart-contracts especially and integrating a small quick-start on how to intergate and use it inside the Juno docs seems perfectly suited to help starting developers navigate testing/scripting/maintenance.
