Description

This pull request adds a new CONTRIBUTING.md file to the repository. The new file provides detailed guidelines for:

  • Reporting bugs
  • Suggesting enhancements
  • Submitting pull requests
  • Following coding standards and commit message guidelines

This should help improve overall contribution quality and provide a clear roadmap for new contributors.

Type of Change

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • Documentation update (adding missing CONTRIBUTING.md)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)

  • Verified that the file is included in the repository root.
  • Reviewed the guidelines for clarity and completeness.
  • Ensured that links (such as Code of Conduct) are correctly referenced.
