update SAP integration docs

Description

• tweaking of the OData connector docs → connector version ~ c8 major.c8 minor.increment
• simplified RFC connector deployment plus connector version ~ c8 major.c8 minor.increment

this PR is in parts applicable to https://github.com/camunda/product-hub/issues/2578

With this, I just want to ensure this shouldn't be backported to 8.5, and should remain in early access for only this version of docs?

for now, it should remain in "early access" - but yes, for the GA in April, we need to backport this to 8.5+
