I have been following the discussion about PlistWatch's future and the challenges of maintaining it.

It’s heartbreaking to see old software left unsupported on the streets, begging for a byte to eat.

That is why I want to introduce you to plist, a tool that I have created. Unlike PlistWatch, which generates defaults write commands, plist produces PlistBuddy commands.

plist can be a useful alternative or complement to PlistWatch, especially when you need to deal with nested keys.

If PlistWatch is looking for any other tools to recommend, I hope you will consider plist as an option.
